We can’t undertake to repeat information available on the website over the phone: you need to understand the basic concepts of wireless networking before we can discuss what you need in any sensible way. Computer Resellers and Installers: If you are new to wireless networking and you are seeking to enter the market with your first wireless network installation, drop us an email with brief details and we’ll fix a time for a phone call where we can provide detailed guidance at length.
Consultancy: We are happy to discuss products and offer some advice, but we won’t design your entire network for you over the phone. We can provide site survey, consultancy and installation services – please email us with a brief outline of your requirements and we will suggest a way forward.
Email is better than phone! (It’s cheaper for a start!) We normally respond to all emails the same day, usually within two hours and more often than not within minutes. Emails allow time to offer a more thoughtful and considered response than a phone call may elicit, but if you prefer to call, feel free. We're known for being user- friendly ! |
