| At MS (Distribution) UK Ltd and we want to protect your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and send you the occasional email if you have asked us to. We control the information gathered. Cookies Our cookies do not intrude on your privacy. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer's hard drive. We use three cookies. The values they have are 0,1 or 2, plus a unique reference number for you. By putting these on your computer we save you having to re-enter your name and address details when you visit us again. The reference number is meaningless to anyone except us. Most Web browsers accept cookies by default, but you can change your browser to stop that happening. If you set your browser not to accept cookies our Shopping Basket will not work. Information collected: When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We don't charge your card when you enter your details, we process it manually later on, when we send your order out. When we do that Worldpay sends you an email to tell you we've charged your card. We ask for your telephone number so we can contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We often print this number on the address label so the carrier can phone you if they can't find where to deliver to. Protecting your information: All orders are placed through a secure server and your order information is encrypted before it is sent to us. We follow the procedures laid down by the UK Data Protection Act about storing and disclosing information and preventing unauthorised access. Our credit card processors may give your information to third parties to process your transaction, but they are not allowed to use that information for anything except making sure the transaction passes through their systems correctly. Some information may be sent outside Europe as part of the credit-card processing system, but if this happens the same UK Laws apply and your information is protected and secure. By sending us an order, you agree to this temporary transfer of information while your purchase is processed. We will not give any information you give us to anyone else, except for processing credit card payments, or where a Court Order is obtained to force disclosure according to UK Law.
