This IP67 enclosure is supplied with a mounting plate that accepts Ubiquiti Routerstation Pro, Routerstation, ALIX 2
xx and 6xx boards and also ALIX 3x2. (It will not accept the ALIX 3x3). Other boards may be mountable as the box inside dimensions are 190x 190 mm. A heavy-duty tilt and swivel bracket is included. The picture shows the inside of the case fitted with an ALIX 2 series board.
The basic enclosure comes with a waterproof cable entry gland which will accept an ethernet cable with a fitted RJ45 plug, for easy connection, three blanking covers for the underside holes and 2 blanking covers for the N Jack bulkhead holes in the top side.
An FR4 copper laminate board carrier plate (complete with boards standoffs and screws) is included to allow mounting of different boards. The carrier plate is drilled for fixing into the case and a paper template is provided so that specific drillings can be made to accommodate different boards: FR4 is very easy to drill. The carrier board can be etched to carry additional components if required.
There are further options for this case. The 3 underside holes can be used for additional ethernet sockets, allowing 4 ethernet connections to be made. Alternatively, one of the blanking covers can accept a pressure relief valve ('breather') for use in more extreme climates, allowing pressure to be maintained at atmospheric inside the enclosure despite high or low ambient temperatures.
