With just over eight weeks under my belt as the new Head of Sales for MS Distribution, I’m thrilled and incredibly proud to see our Sales Team evolve and grow in both capacity and capability.

Since 2002, MS Distribution has built and grown their business without faltering from their original values constructed around strong customer service. Part of our newly formed strategy heading towards and into 2019 is to reorganise ourselves a little internally. With these changes, we will be better aligned with our customer's ever-changing needs.

Our new structure, refined focus and increased capacity will allow us to improve our responsiveness further while enabling us to become more proactive in the ways we interact with our existing and future customer base, all while maintaining our signature personal touch.

Part of the transformation within our Sales team includes internal promotion of our most experienced team members as well as a shiny new and box-fresh addition to the team (Welcome Tom!).

We offer in-depth and concise product knowledge all underpinned with a truly customer-driven commercial acumen. Our bold yet achievable plans for growth, a robust strategy for intelligent stock profiling and a strong focus on customer-centric activities mean we are ready to deliver on each of our individual customer’s demands and desires.
The recent changes and addition to our team will allow us to build on previous successes and to elevate ourselves even further from the crowd.
Introducing Our New Sales Team
Business Development Managers
We have promoted both Mike Brown and Lucie Marin to the newly created role of Business Development Manager. Their focus will be on engaging new customers within existing and new vertical markets. Mike and Lucie boast a wealth of experience within our industry and have demonstrated an impressive ability to deliver on new opportunities, 2019 will undoubtedly see more of the same!
Internal Sales Executives
Our newest recruit Tom Dearsley joins Mike Rowland, as our new Internal Sales Executives, creating a highly experienced and customer-focused internal sales team. Both Mike and Tom will be working closely with the Business Development Managers to expertly manage customer relations and requirements for both trading and new customers.
Management and Administration
Justin Searle, Sales Team Manager, continues with his pivotal activities on both an operational and commercial level. Justin’s customer-driven attitude and organisational excellence ensure our newly shaped team are dedicated to improving our business and each and every one of our customers’ businesses too.
Janni Barrett also continues in her crucial role of Sales Administrator and will be supporting the entire Sales Team with her vast knowledge and notable ability to manage multiple work streams.
In summary, we are in the midst of some exciting times here at MS Distribution! With some rather impressive, and of course high-performance, products from the likes of Ubiquiti, Telktonika, Mikrotik, Mimosa and Ruckus, our varied product offering is the perfect partner for our newly refined strategies and structure.
