What happened in April?
Welcome to our month in review for April 2019 where we’ll discuss all the latest products, software, firmware updates, and not to mention, the latest news from your favourite manufacturers.
Current Promotions

New Products
Throughout April we witnessed a few key product releases, all of which are now available to purchase on the MS Distribution website.
Firstly, the recently added Ruckus R320 802.11ac Wave 2 access point; this utilises the same great form factor as the popular R310, but offers increased performance. Next up was the addition of two new products to the Ubiquiti Edge range:
- Ubiquiti EdgePower 24V – protecting WISPs from power loss, this convenient UPS device has dual PoE output ports.
- Ubiquiti EdgeRouter 10X – a 10-port high-performance Gigabit router with PoE Flexibility and centralised Management capabilities.

End of Life Notice
Ubiquiti also announced that it will be discontinuing the USG-XG-8 at the end of April. Updates and support will continue to be provided for the foreseeable future. We still have a few units left so order now before they are gone forever!

Training Course Updates
The MS Distribution Training Centre has been providing certified Ubiquiti and MikroTik courses since 2012, gaining a strong track record in delivering professional quality training courses and high success rates in helping our customers obtain manufacturer certified engineer status.
We still have some spaces on our Ubiquiti UBRSS course on the 3rd June 2019 which includes hands-on lab activities with EdgeMAX equipment to enhance student learning.
