Welcome to our Month In Review for August, where we’ll discuss recent events and updates from MS Distribution.

Voucher Incentive For WISPs In Scotland

strong>MS Distribution are excited to offer our support to WISPS looking to take advantage of the new Scottish government voucher incentive, which offers up to £5,000 funding per property.

A voucher of up to £5,000 will be given to each new property connected in Scotland that is not in any deployment plans and receives less than 30Mbps speed. To qualify for the voucher, suppliers must deliver a connection speed greater than 30Mbps.

A smaller interim voucher of up to £400 will also be available for premises where a 30Mbps+ connection is planned but won't be installed before the end of 2021. An additional £250 voucher will be made available for those in the hardest-to-reach properties.
