Based on the 1.2GHz 9-Core Tilera CPU, the MikroTik Cloud Core Router CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ packs 7x Gigabit Ethernet, 1x SFP / Gigabit Ethernet and 1x 10Gbps SFP + ports all into a 1U rackmount enclosure.
The combination of a blazing fast Tilera CPU, 2GB of RAM and full independent Ethernet ports allows the CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ to achieve throughput of 18Gbps. The unit also comes equipped with dual redundant power supplies, so you can be sure your core routing infrastructure is always available when its needed most.
Future Proof Your Network
The MikroTik Cloud Core 1009 also features a wide range of additional features making it the perfect addition to your core networking infrastructure, now and in the future.
The combo SFP/Gigabit Ethernet port has two hardware interfaces enables you to use whichever type of connection is available to you. The CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ also features a unique hardware failover feature on these ports providing redundancy if a connection was to fail.
Other features include a touchscreen LCD, PoE In support, a microUSB type AB port and an RS232 serial port.
RouterOS Installed
The MikroTik Cloud Core Router CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ comes preinstalled with their powerful RouterOS software and Level 6 license. The Level 6 license never expires allows unrestricted use of RouterOS, allowing unlimited EoIP, PPOE, PTPP, L2TP, and OVPN tunnels and well and unlimited VLAN interfaces.
