The MS Dist Avocet 5Ghz 2x2 MIMO PTP systems delivers high capacity and extended range coverage for Point to Point applications. Due to the 2x2 MIMO configurations, with two RX/TX chains for spatial diversity multiplexing, the Avocet 5G-25 systems delivers up to four times the capacity over legacy (802.11a) systems, and dramatically improves the non-line of sight (NLOS) OFDM capability.
The combination of the gigabit Ethernet port and a very powerful Networking Processor Unit provides superior throughput up to Ethernet speed, and a packet per second rate exceeding 30,000 pps.
The Avocet 2x2 MIMO Radio is manufactured with quality die-cast aluminium enclosure, aluminium antenna element and UV-stable ABS radome. All bolts and details are made from A4 stainless steel. The mounting kit is manufactured from high quality die-cast aluminium.
