Powerful Mobile 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi Access Point with LTE

The Ruckus M510 is a 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi access point designed to get client connected wherever they may be. With a built-in LTE radio and dual SIM support for automatic failover, the M510 is the perfect choice wherever performance and reliability are required. The M510 addresses a number of deployment scenarios where traditional wired backhaul may be impossible or expensive.

Supporting up to 50 clients, the M510 is ideal for in-vehicle Wi-Fi and public transportation with built-in support for hotspot 2.0, captive portal and WISPr. Additional applications include rapid deployments such as pop-up shops or connectivity for first responders, and temporary deployments such as construction sites, festivals and events. The lightweight outdoor enclosure allows the M510 to be deployed quickly and easily wherever it is needed.

Adaptive Technologies to Maximise Throughput in High-Density Environments

The Ruckus M510 is uniquely designed to serve demanding environments with BeamFlex+ adaptive antennas with polarization diversity that provide up to 64 antenna patterns per band.  BeamFlex+ adaptive antennas dynamically select the best antenna patterns on a per packet basis to provide reliable client connections and to increase network capacity while reducing interference and improving signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR).

In addition, the M510 uses patented Ruckus technologies to extend range, improve throughput, and deliver industry-leading 802.11ac performance to every connected client. ChannelFly technology uniquely leverages a predictive model for channel selection that uses actual activity to learn what channels will yield the most capacity and provide the highest client speeds with reduced interference.
