MS (Distribution) UK Ltd. offer FREE Delivery on all orders placed via our website with a total order value of £75.00 (excluding VAT) and over.
This offer is only available for deliveries to locations within the United Kingdom and excludes selected postcodes, including Northern Ireland, offshore postcodes and parts of Scotland where a reduced rate surcharge will be appied instead. Free and reduced charge delivery options are only available for standard trade and retail accounts only and excludes customers with fixed delivery arrangements.
Next Day Delivery
MS (Distribution) UK Ltd. guarantees next working day delivery for in stock items to most of the UK (see below for details) on all working day orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm may not be fully processed or despatched until the next working day.*
For your convenience, we offer a range of delivery times:

Saturday delivery options are available for orders placed on a Friday. Please email [email protected] or call 01295 266 277 and quote your MSD order number if you need your order to be delivered on a Saturday. There will be an additional surcharge added for Saturday deliveries.
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of your orders and when you choose to have them delivered. If we can fit your orders into smaller / lower cost packages when we despatch, we will do so. For this reason, we do not charge your card at the point of order and your invoice may show a lower delivery cost than you were initially quoted.
*This guarantee applies to in stock items only. Orders placed for items that are "out of stock" will, depending on the delivery option you choose, be despatched as soon as they become available or consolidated into a single delivery when all items are available.
You may collect your order directly from us, either in person or using your own courier. We ask that you allow at least 1 working hour for us to prepare your order and that you contact us with your expected collection time. Collection address and other contact information can be found on our contact page.
Collections can be made during our opening hours only, which are: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
We understand that occaisionally our customers require more specialist delivery options than those which we offer as standard, such a same day or palletized deliveries. If you require such services please contact our Sales Team on 01295 220 330 or a [email protected].
Please be aware that due to the nature of these delivery options, our normal 4pm cutoff does not apply. Our Sales Team will be able to advise when an order needs to be placed in order to arrive on time
Delivery to the UK and Nearby Islands
Next Day delivery is available to postcodes in England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Deliveries to the following Scottish postcodes will take 2 days to arrive:
- IV21-24, 26-28, 40-56
- KW5, 11, 13, 15, 17
- PA2, 36, 40, 49, 62-76
- PH90-32, 34-44, 50
Next Day delivery is available to the Isle of Wight for orders under 10kg, the Isle of Man for orders under 5kg, and Jersey and Guernsey for orders under 2kg. Costs and delivery times for items above these weights will vary, so please contact us for details.
Delivery charges for deliveries outside of the UK will vary depending on delivery location. We will contact you once your order has been received to confirm the cost of your delivery. You will not be charged for your order until the quoted delivery charges are confirmed by you.

Tracking Your Order
We use APC as our courier of choice. Once they have collected your order from our warehouse, you will receive confirmation of your consignment number. Using that and the postcode of the delivery address, you can track the status of your order by going to apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking.
If we use a different courier service for your order, we will contact you to let you know who is making the delivery and how you can track it.
