Product Details
The TyconPower Power Over Ethernet Power Sources provide years of reliable operation even in the toughest conditions.
Data-in is via a shielded RJ45 Jack and data-out + power on the shielded RJ45 output jack. Power is supplied to the remote device as passive ethernet on the unused pins 4,5(V+) and 7,8(V-) The Ethernet spec supports distances up to 100m.
TyconPower POE are autoranging, accepting AC inputs from 90VAC to 264VAC (50/60 Hz). DC output voltage is regulated and load regulation is within 5%. Surge, short circuit and overload protection is built in.
If the remote device does not support power over Ethernet, splitters are available to split the data and DC voltage at the remote device.
