Ubiquiti UniFi 5G Max Outdoor – 3.4 Gbps 5G Outdoor Modem with 2.5 GbE PoE and Dual SIM
The Ubiquiti UniFi 5G Max Outdoor is a high-performance 5G modem designed to extend UniFi consoles and Cloud Gateways with ultra-fast mobile WAN connectivity in outdoor environments. Supporting download speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps, it delivers low-latency performance suitable for primary, load-balanced, or failover WAN deployments.
Engineered for external installation, the device features integrated directional antennas to optimise signal reception in challenging locations. A 2.5 GbE PoE-in RJ45 port provides both power and data over a single cable, simplifying wall or pole mounting.
Dual Nano-SIM support enables seamless failover between mobile networks to help maintain consistent connectivity. eSIM is supported, with remote SIM functionality scheduled for a future update. The device adopts automatically within UniFi as a virtual WAN interface for streamlined configuration and centralised management.
