MikroTik CRS418-8P-8G-2S+RM – Layer 3 PoE Switch with 10G SFP+ Uplinks
The MikroTik CRS418-8P-8G-2S+RM is a high-performance Layer 3 switch designed to combine switching, PoE power delivery, and advanced routing in a single 1U rackmount platform. It features sixteen Gigabit Ethernet ports, eight of which provide PoE output, alongside dual 10G SFP+ uplinks for high-speed fibre connectivity. This makes it well suited to small and medium office networks that require both power and bandwidth without deploying multiple devices.
Powered by a quad-core 2.2 GHz ARM processor with 1 GB of RAM, the CRS418-8P-8G-2S+RM runs RouterOS v7 and supports Layer 3 hardware offloading for improved routing efficiency. This processing capability enables routing, firewalling, and advanced network segmentation within hybrid Layer 2 and Layer 3 environments. A dedicated Gigabit management port provides direct CPU access, while USB 3 connectivity allows for local storage or configuration tasks.
Built for professional deployments, the switch is housed in a durable rackmount enclosure and includes dual-redundant power inputs for increased resilience.
