Ubiquiti EdgePower Supply
Ubiquiti's EdgePower Supply, part of the EdgePower range, is a UPS specifically designed for WISPs. It features dual PoE outputs and accepts power from both AC and 12V battery inputs. The EP-24V-72W provides a DC failover option in case the AC input fails. Additionally, it outputs 24V DC and 24V passive PoE. Manage your EdgePower device remotely with Ubiquiti's UNMS graphical interface and use SNMP to monitor its performance. Receive alerts in the event of a power outage to stay on top of any issues.

FAQs
Q: What does the Ubiquiti EdgePower (EP-Supply) series include?
A: The EdgePower series includes three main models: 24 V 72 W (model EP-24V-72W), 54 V 72 W (model EP-54V-72W), and 54 V 150 W (model EP-54V-150W). Output voltage and power capacity depend on the specific variant.
Q: What output voltage and power do the variants provide?
A:
-
The EP-24V-72W outputs 24 V DC with up to 72 W capacity.
-
The EP-54V-72W outputs 54 V DC with up to 72 W.
-
The EP-54V-150W outputs 54 V DC up to 150 W (with dual-module option up to 300 W).
Q: What PoE and backup features do the EP-Supply models offer?
A: All variants support dual passive PoE-out ports (either 24 V or 54 V depending on model). The 24 V and 54 V 72 W units have optional 12 V lead-acid battery input for UPS backup. The 54 V 150 W model supports rack-mounting and redundant PSU modules.
Q: Are the EP-Supply models suitable for enterprise network installations?
A: Yes. They are designed for mission-critical deployments, offering remote management, high capacity, UPS/battery support, dual PoE outputs and compatibility with Ubiquiti network systems.
Q: How should I select the correct EP-Supply model for my setup?
A: Consider your power requirement (72 W vs 150 W+), output voltage (devices requiring 24 V vs 54 V passive PoE), and mounting form-factor (desktop vs rack-mount). Ensure the chosen variant matches your device voltage and current needs.
