The MS Distribution NOC-as-a-Service solution is a 24/7/365 facility run by a team of highly experienced, qualified networking engineers and support staff. We know that many of our customers wish to expand their customer services but can’t due to resource limitations. By taking our NOC-as-a-Service however, you can dynamically add to your resources at a fraction of the cost, and at the times you need it most.


How it Works:

Sold on a white-label basis, you would simply provide your existing customer services phone number to us, and during the service periods we deliver for you, calls would be redirected via SIP trunk to our NOC. Once the call is connected our team can either present as members of your own team or as a supporting service, depending on your preference.

The MS Distribution NOC-as-a-Service is highly flexible, and we can tailor your package to suit both your requirements and budget. Typical offerings include:

Out of Hours: ideal for smaller WISPs who don’t have an existing evening and / or weekend service available, an Out of Hours package simply provides you with support coverage when you need it.

24/7/365: suitable for WISPs of all sizes, our 24/7/365 option can act as an overflow service during busy periods, giving your support team added elasticity. Alternatively, you could use the service to “free up” your own team’s time so that they can spend more time and energy on value-adding activities and less time answering phones.
