The Ubiquiti Ultra 42W is a Layer 2, 8-port GbE PoE switch with compact design and a variety of mounting options. It offers (7) GbE PoE+ output ports and (1) GbE PoE++ input port, providing a total of 42W of PoE availability when using PoE++ input or 16W when using PoE+ input. Switch operation is supported with PoE input, but PoE+/PoE++ input or AC power is required for PoE output.

Please note: This model is not supplied with a power method, suggested method of power is through PoE++ (802.3bt/60W), see also U-PoE++
